Employee Incentives

 

wellness@dickinson is the holistic health and wellness program brand

 

 

The (WIP) is offered to all full-time and part-time employees of ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app. The details of the incentive reward program for 2024-2025 is being finalized at this time! The first two steps to qualify for the incentive this year will continue to be completion of the biometric screening and the health risk assessment. Completing these two programs is the requirement to qualify participants at the Engaged level of the Wellness@Dickinson program.

Employees are able to earn incentive* rewards through their participation in each component of our wellness programming. Your Wellness@Dickinson participation will be part of the Wellness@Dickinson 2024-2025 program in Totara online, and participation will be confirmed at the end of the spring semester in May 2025 for incentive prize drawings to determine eligibility beyond the Engaged level, among all participants. *Please note: The IRS considers incentive rewards, awards and gifts to employees as taxable income.

For 2024-2025, completion of a biometric screening and the online health risk assessment are required to achieve the Engaged Level of participation. Incentives are shown below:

  • Biometric screenings completed between July 1, 2024 and May 15, 2025 = Farm Works gift certificate
  • Health Risk Assessments online completed between July 1, 2022 and May 15, 2025 = Denim Coffee gift certificate
  • Participation in the 2024 Fall Into Fitness Challenge or 2025 Spring Into Fitness Challenge offers the opportunity for prizes and incentives within these challenges!
  • Participation in our 2024-2025 monthly ongoing fitness programs, including the individual Marathon-in-a-Month program, offers the opportunity of a randomly awarded incentive reward to participants!

*Special Notice: Effective July 1, 2020, the college discontinued the Fitness Reimbursement Program for the employee wellness programs.
Any fitness expenses purchased/submitted after June 30, 2020 will not be eligible for reimbursement under this program.

*Please note: The IRS considers incentive reimbursements, rewards, awards and gifts to employees as taxable income. Reimbursements will be processed through payroll and appropriate taxes will be withheld.
