Human Resource Services offers a variety of programs to offer balance critical to the health and vitality of all employees. Programs offered to employees include:

- financial workshops offered on a variety of topics including life insurance, long-term care, retirement planning, and college funding
- Health Advocate services available to all full-time employees for assistance with health and medical issues
- Employee Assistance Program available to all full-time and part-time employees for assistance resolving issues
- workshops to support employees who are assisting their children in the college selection process
