The Milton B. Asbell Center for Jewish Life is the cultural and religious home of Jewish Life and community for the students, staff, and faculty of Dickinson as well as the broader Carlisle community. The Asbell Center provides meaningful opportunities for the leaders of the future to grow and deepen their engagement with Jewish culture, identity, and values.
“I want the Asbell Center to be a place where people feel comfortable taking a risk, whether that’s doing Jewish learning for the first time, taking on a leadership role or just coming to a program and meeting new people. I want students to feel welcomed and supported so they can come here and try something new!” Rabbi Marley Weiner, the first full-time director of the Milton B. Asbell Center for Jewish Life
