Please address letter mail and packages in the following way:

Students
Using the correct mailing address will be the quickest and most efficient way of receiving your mail and packages in a timely manner. All correspondents need to use your legal name and middle initial with your HUB number when sending your mail. If you have a name that is commonly used your middle initial may make the difference between how long, it takes us to determine who a piece of mail or package should go to. Please use the following addressing standards to ensure that external mail and packages reach their intended recipient: All mail and packages addressed to a student will be process for the student name and can be picked up once the student receives the email notification.

**Your HUB number is not a PO BOX using it incorrectly could result in not receiving mail/packages.

MAIL SERVICES IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
