2025 Spring Into Fitness Challenge Activities
Week 1
Our 2025 Challenge begins on Sunday, March 16 - and kicks off with Sustainability walk at noon on Monday, March 17! or just plan on joining our Eco Representative, Carla Yocum, at the Benjamin Rush statue on the Academic Quad!

It's time to challenge your mini-team! Which team can log the highest average cumulative active/exercise minutes for week #1 through week #3? Encourage your team members to log their minutes by Wednesday, April 9, to qualify for this mid-way challenge!
Week 3 brings us on Tuesday, April 1. Stop by Britton Plaza for fun activities! Wednesday, April 2, is the Sustainability Expo and National Walking Day ~ walk around Britton Plaza during the Expo, check out the self-guided tours listed this week, or join an organized walk!

- Faculty & Staff Meditation Sessions at the Hartman House: One Month to Go! Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and ready for a break? Come to Hartman House for a little break and relaxation. The Curriculum Office will be offering three meditation sessions (less than 10 minutes each) at 10:30 a.m., noon, and 1:30 p.m. Between sessions they will have treats and time for conversation. Join them at any time between 10am-2pm.

The Annual Benefits and Wellness Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22. We hope you can join us for this special event! SIFC ends with our annual Fun Run/Walk on Friday, April 25.
