Todd House (formerly known as the Global Community House) is an upperclass-year residence housing students in either a single or double room. There is a community/shared bathroom on each floor, a full communal kitchen on the first floor a full bathroom and living room/lounge space. Todd House is located across the street from Drayer Hall.

Kitchen Facilities: Full kitchen on the first floor including a sink, refrigerator/freezer, & oven/stove

Cleaning:  Shower cleaned weekly, bathroom cleaned twice a week. 

Laundry Facilities:  Laundry room is located in the basement of the building

Trash & Recycling Collection:  Toters located outside to the rear of the building
