The Factory Apartments are upper class year residences, housing two, three, or four upper-class students. The apartments include single or double rooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and living room/lounge space. Factory Apartments are located behind the Dana Hall and Vincett/Hartman Houses on High Street. 

Interiors/Furnishing

Walls: Drywall

Floors: Wall-to-wall carpet bedrooms/living room, vinyl tile or sheet vinyl in kitchen and bathrooms

Furniture: bunk-able beds, standard College dressers, etc. Standard College table and chairs in kitchen. Some soft seating in living room

A/C: window units

Kitchen Facilities: Each apartment has its own kitchen, including a sink, refrigerator/freezer, & oven/stove

Cleaning: Self-cleaning; Bathrooms cleaned by Housekeeping at Fall Pause, Winter Break, & Spring Break. 

Additional Cleaning Information:  Trash bags and toilet paper can be requested through the work order system

Laundry Facilities:  Laundry room is located on the 230 W. North side of the building in the basement level

Trash & Recycling Collection:  Dumpsters and toters located outside to the rear of the building
