Tuition Schedule of Benefits
TUITION REMISSION and TUITION ASSISTANCE is provided according to the following schedule based on eligibility date:
Employees hired prior to September 1, 2009
After 12 months of employment, 1/3 of the eligible tuition amount
After 24 months of employment, 2/3 of the eligible tuition amount
After 36 months of employment, full eligible tuition amount
Eligible amount for Tuition Remission is not to exceed ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app's full tuition cost.
Eligible amount for Tuition Assistance is up to 50% of Dickinson's tuition, not to exceed the full tuition of the attending institution.
Employees hired September 1, 2009 or after
After 36 months of employment, 1/3 of the eligible tuition amount
After 48 months of employment, 2/3 of the eligible tuition amount
After 60 months of employment, full eligible tuition amount
Eligible amount for Tuition Remission is not to exceed ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app's full tuition cost.
Eligible amount for Tuition Assistance is up to 50% of the tuition of the institution that the dependent child is attending, not to exceed 50% of Dickinson's tuition.
All other fees beyond tuition, such as room and board, are your responsibility.
