Access and Disability Services

Access and Disability Services (ADS) seeks to ensure that all programs, services and facilities are accessible to Dickinson students on a non-discriminatory basis. ADS is committed to working with all eligible students with documented disabilities and with faculty to provide reasonable accommodations in the academic and/or living environment.

Asbell Center for Jewish Life

Asbell Center for Jewish Life works to create a thriving Jewish community on campus by identifying programming to help students draw connections between their faith, traditions and everyday life to foster Jewish Life on campus. 

Bias Education & Response Team

Bias Education & Response Team represents a cross section of the Dickinson community (faculty, administrators, and students) who support anti-bias education. BERT is a non-sanctioning body that responds to bias incidents in a proactive manner, emphasizing educational resolutions. The Team oversees a system that provides direct support to any individual(s) affected by a bias incident.

Center for Global Study and Engagement

The Center for Global Study and Engagement staff provides support to to students and parents interested in study abroad, as well as our International, Exchange Students, and International Scholars.

Center for Spirituality and Social Justice

The Center for Spirituality and Social Justice seeks not only to expose students to the opportunities for service and experiencing differences in faith but also to encourage students to understand what it means to challenge injustice, support human rights and work to bring about a just society.

Equity, Inclusivity, and Belonging All-College Committee

The committee for Equity, Inclusivity and Belonging is charged with improving policies related to harassment and discrimination, monitoring progress on the Inclusivity Strategic Plan, and ensuring the training and education of all members of the community on equity, inclusivity, and belonging.

LGBTQ+ Center

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTQ+) Center works to create a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for LGBTQQIAA+ members of the Dickinson community. The LGBTQ+ Center strives to ensure campus environments that are supportive of student diversity in the areas of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression through a lens of intersectionality. Support services, resources, programs, advocacy, training, education, and consultation are provided to the members of the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app community.

Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion envisions itself as a coalition of offices rooted in advancing principles of social justice. We approach our work intersectionally with an understanding that ability, class, ethnicity, gender, race, religion, sexuality and other social identities operate in an overlapping, simultaneous fashion.

Popel Shaw Center for Race & Ethnicity

The Popel Shaw Center for Race & Ethnicity (PSC) is a resource center open to the entire Dickinson community and charged with advancing Dickinson’s commitment to broadening the understanding of—and building—a pluralistic society that promotes equality and integrity on the campus, in the community, and the world. The center provides individuals with the opportunity to broaden their views and enrich their cultural experiences through participation in diversity programs and training workshops. The center encourages and facilitates activities that allow students to voice their opinions, serve the community and advocate for making Dickinson a place that is reflective and responsive to our campus diversity.

Women's and Gender Resource Center

The ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Women's and Gender Resource Center promotes and fosters gender education and equity by providing resources, sponsoring events, and encouraging conversation and dialogue.
