Leaves and Worker's Compensation Information
Below you will find information on leaves that are most frequently requested. Other types of leave information (i.e. bereavement leave, jury duty, etc.) may be found in the Employee Handbook online.
FMLA
Eligible employees may be entitled to unpaid family or medical leave pursuant to this policy found in the Campus Policy Manual under the Human Resource Services section. Click to learn more about FMLA.
Parental Leave
The Parental Leave Policy outlines the details for taking leave related to the birth or adoption of a child or children. Click to view this policy or view it in the Employee Handbook or Campus Policies manual.
Short Term Disability
In cases where an employee’s own illness or injury requires an absence of more than five consecutive days and a physician certifies the period of disability, he or she may be eligible for short-term disability (STD) assistance. Click to see the Employee Handbook to learn more.
Worker's Compensation
Worker's compensation information includes the policy, return to work statement, practice and guidelines for injuries and care needed during worktime.
Non-exempt staff may complete this online form to donate one or more vacation days to participate in the Sick Leave Bank. A network username and password are required to access, complete and submit the form online.
