Fr. Chiedozie ("Dozy") Ononuju
Campus Chaplain for Dickinson Catholic Campus Ministry
Parochial Vicar, Saint Patrick Parish, Carlisle, PA
Email: frdozy@saintpatrickchurch.org
Fr. Dozy was ordained a Catholic priest for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg on June 3, 2023—a day he will always remember with great joy! He grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, along with his two sisters and one brother. Fr. Dozy came to the United States for his university education. He studied electrical engineering at Bucknell University (Lewisburg, PA) and graduated with a B.S. in 2015 and M.S. in 2017. While at Bucknell, he felt the voice of Jesus Christ calling him to be a priest, but he resisted and even avoided this call for a time; he would later come to the realization that if God was indeed calling him to be a priest, it would be the happiest thing for his life! Fr. Dozy entered seminary in 2017 and graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary (Emmitsburg, MD) in May 2023 with degrees in theology (Bachelor of Sacred Theology—S.T.B. and Master of Divinity—M.Div.). Fr. Dozy enjoys reading and watching soccer, as well as playing it when he can. He is thrilled to be at Dickinson and feels very blessed to serve, and learn from, the students!

Rabbi Marley Weiner

Director of Asbell Center of Jewish Life
Email: weinerma@dickinson.edu
Location: Asbell Center
Serves as the Director of the Asbell Center for Jewish Life and campus rabbi. Prior to her arrival at Dickinson, she worked at both Temple University and Binghamton University as Jewish Educator and Chaplain. A Philadelphia native, Rabbi Marley discovered a lifelong love of Hillel at Barnard College, where she was the vice president of Columbia Barnard Hillel’s Reform Jewish Group. After college, she moved back to Philadelphia to attend the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. While there, she learned a lot of Talmud, taught students from one to ninety-nine, and developed a love of pluralistic Jewish community that endures to this day. When Rabbi Marley is not working, she enjoys museums, baking, Dungeons and Dragons, and bragging to everyone about how adorable her cat is. Her yearly goal is to have coffee with every Jewish student on campus.
