Drayer Hall is home to about 165 students in a setting of traditional double rooms. The building currently houses primarily first-year students and features a large, newly renovated basement lounge with a kitchen, as well as a large laundry room. The building is located on one corner of the Rush campus, on the corner of High Street and South College, on Morgan Field.

Furniture: Each student receives a bunkable, Twin XL bed that can be adjusted (or flipped) for height, 2 dressers with 2 drawers each, and a desk and desk chair. Closets are built in and not moveable. Soft seating is available in building lounges

Kitchen Facilities: Common kitchen on each floor, including sink, refrigerator/freezer, & stove/oven.
Community Bathroom Information: Gender Inclusive bathrooms throughout the building*
Community Bathroom Cleaning: Bathrooms cleaned daily. Showers cleaned weekly.*
Laundry Facilities: 8 washers and 9 dryers located in the ground floor/basement
