Commencement

COMMENCEMENT WEEKEND 2025

May 16-18

A message from President John E. Jones III '77, P'11:

Commencement is a very special time on campus—the culmination of the academic year and the undergraduate experience, and an important event in the lives of our students, their families and the college. As an alumnus, I cherish Dickinson traditions and was fortunate to deliver the Commencement address in 2006 and watch with pride as my son walked down the old stone steps in 2011.

We are excited to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the class of 2025 and to reflect upon the ways Dickinson’s revolutionary education has transformed each class member as a student and as a citizen of the world.

Please remember that Dickinson has made a lifelong commitment to each of our graduates. I hope the class of 2025 will be active in the worldwide Dickinson community, and I look forward to engaging with our newest young alumni.

On behalf of the entire Dickinson community, let me be the first to welcome you to our celebration of the class of 2025.

Sincerely,
John E. Jones III ’77, P’11
President
