Terms and Conditions:

  • Requests for security services must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the event
  • This contract becomes effective once signed by both the DPS representative and a representative of the requesting party
  • DPS reserves the right to require additional personnel to insure safety at events, and will not bill the requesting party for additional personnel unless this is agreed to with the requesting party in writing prior to the event
  • Failure to notify DPS of event cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the event will result in billing as agreed upon in this contract
